Compliance and Governance Director
Care Home Manager
Petrina is our Compliance and Governance Director at Stratton Court. She is deeply committed to the overall well-being of residents, focusing on both their physical and mental health while creating sensory-rich environments to enhance their daily lives. With over 30 years of experience in specialised mental health for adults, she has an extensive backgrounds as a Registered Mental Health Nurse where she has managed community teams, wards and units. Petrina brings this incredible amount of experience to the Stratton Court Care Home and plays a vital role in the ‘Good’ CQC (Care Quality Commission) rating across three areas.
As one of our senior carers, Anisha has over 7 years experience in the field. She loves to help people, so finds care extremely rewarding.
Natasha is one of our wonderful Unit Leads who has worked in the care industry for over 15 years and finds caring for people extremely rewarding. Her goal is to always allow her residents to live their lives the way they choose, and prides herself on her empahty and compassion.
Sinead is the Care Home manager at Stratton Court. She has vast experience working in healthcare for two decades. With nearly 10 years spent as a Registered Mental Health Nurse, she has a huge amount of experience gained while caring for a 64 bed complex care home for advanced dementia.
Sinead brings a wealth of holistic knowledge to Stratton, with the goal of raising care standards to the highest possible in the county and making us one of the most well-known facilities and companies in the country for our services.
As one of our senior carers, Lidiya has loads of experience and loves to make people smile throughout the day.
Originally from India, she has over 15 years experience as a nurse and was a Vice Principal. She loves providing quality care and is one of our much loved senior carers who offers a calm and caring atmosphere for the Stratton Court Residents.
Simon has worked in care for over 15 years covering various different sectors in the care industry including Elderly care, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health and Children’s services. He began as a carer and worked his way up through the management ladder holding roles as Senior Support Worker, Deputy Manager, Registered Manager and roles at Director level. Simon has a particular passion for delivering high quality, innovative care and enjoys working with individuals and teams as a whole to deliver this in a meaningful and efficient way.
David has been a member of Aura Care Living since February 2020 and holds a regional award from the Great British Care Awards. He is nominated for two national awards in 2021!
He has been a key figure with the Wishing Tree of 2020 and was featured in the Daily Mail for his outstanding contribution.

Christine has worked in health and social care for the past 18 years. She is passionate about providing outstanding support to those in her care, and is known to go above and beyond to ensure residents’ wellbeing – for instance she’ll happily cook a favourite dish. Christine has a hands-on approach, and enjoys working collaboratively with her team, residents, and families to make a positive difference to their lives.
With over 20 years experience in care, Tony is an exceptional leader for our caring team. He loves to give back to people and caring for his residents to make every moment meaningful. Being outdoors is a passion of his, and he likes to encourage the residents to enjoy time outside as much as possible to improve their mental and physical health.
Emma’s passion for quality end of life care prompted her to qualify as a nurse, with further certification as a district nurse. She has worked in the health and social care sectors for the past sixteen years, offering expert help and compassion to those in her care. As Deputy Manager, Emma is also passionate about developing and supporting individuals in the home to achieve their potential.
Cheryl is part of our incredible Client Relations Team and has tons of energy and resources to help you find the right care. She has tons of experience, advice and wisdom to share as well as lots of financial advisor contacts for planning for later living. Cheryl is a powerhouse of information and expertise.
