In 2015, I moved to the UK to work at Nottingham University Hospitals, where I gained extensive experience in Neurosurgery and Neuro Intensive Therapy Unit (ITU). Following this, I was offered the opportunity to join Oxford University Hospitals, where I worked as a Senior Nurse in Neurosurgery, further developing my clinical leadership skills and expertise in complex care.
In 2020, I chose to return to my passion for earlier and long-term care, moving into care home settings. Since then, I have continued working as a Senior Nurse, supporting elderly residents and leading teams to deliver high-quality, dignified care
