- What is covered by Nursing Care?
- We provide 24-hour nursing care for individuals who require a qualified nursing team. We take pride in our holistic, person-centred approach. Care plans are personalised with input from residents, their families, and our multidisciplinary team - including GPs, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, specialist nurses, advanced nurse practitioners, continence teams, dieticians, and our experienced care staff.
- What is covered by Respite Care?
- Whether you’re caring for someone and need a break, or you need extra support following an illness, we provide short-stay respite care for those who do not require long-term support. Stays can range from a few days to several weeks.
- What is covered by Residential Care?
- Our Residential Care is geared towards individuals who wish to remain as independent as possible while having 24-hour care and support available if needed. Residential Care includes support with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dietary needs, mobility, elimination, and social engagement. This helps residents maintain independence, self-esteem, and a sense of purpose, enhancing their overall quality of life.
- What is covered by Couple Care?
- Our Couple Care suites help couples stay together even if their care needs differ. Set within our beautiful care home, our care suites all have one bedroom, a separate sitting room, with an attached kitchenette, and a large en-suite bathroom. All suites can be furnished or unfurnished and come with the full range of care services and benefits.
- What is covered by Dementia Care?
- Kings Lodge has a purpose-built dementia wing as part of our innovative dementia care service. It’s filled with natural daylight and includes thoughtful design features to help residents reminisce and remain as orientated as possible within their new home. This helps to ensure our residents receive the highest-quality specialist care in a comfortable, engaging, and interactive environment.
