What cookies are
We and our trusted partners use cookies and other technologies in our related services, including when you visit our Site or access our services. A “cookie” is a small piece of information that a website assigns to your device while you are viewing a website. Cookies are very helpful and can be used for various different purposes. The cookies we use
Essential — always on. These make the Site work and protect our forms from automated abuse. They include a record of your cookie choices, and cookies set by Cloudflare, who host and protect the Site, and by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that enquiry forms are completed by a person rather than a bot.
Analytics — only with your permission. These tell us which pages are useful and where people get stuck, so that we can improve the Site. We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, and WhatConverts, which tells us which enquiries and phone calls came from which part of our marketing. Google Analytics collects the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit, rather than your name or other identifying information, and we do not combine that information with personally identifiable information.
Marketing — only with your permission. These let us measure whether our advertising is working and show relevant advertising elsewhere. We use Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) pixel. Until you allow marketing cookies, these are held in a denied state and set nothing.
Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to this Site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy.
Third party collection of information
Our policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. To the extent that you disclose your information to other parties or sites throughout the internet, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information you disclose to them. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any information to them.
