- Whether you’re caring for someone and need a break, or you need extra support following an illness, we provide short-stay respite care for those who do not require long-term support. Stays can range from a few days to several weeks.
- When is Respite Care a good option?
- Respite Care is a good option for many reasons, including: when a family carer needs a planned break or holiday; when the person is recovering from surgery or a hospital stay; when you want to test what long-term care may be like; and when the primary carer can no longer provide care.
- What is covered by Respite Care?
- Respite Care residents have a private suite, a full care plan, all meals, and access to all home activities. Care plans are developed after an assessment by our clinical lead before arrival.
